SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver to all postal addresses around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses, so we request that you provide your full street address with pin / zip code.
Please note that shipments will be left at the door if someone is not present to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents FedEx, UPS, DHL, India Post, Blue Dart etc. will not be able to provide signed confirmation (POD) of delivery made.
To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly ensure that someone is present to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
Further deliveries are generally made during the normal working hours of courier companies and vary from country to country.
Transit Risk
OranzonWorld.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any full or partial damage to the package after being left at the customer’s address by the postal / courier agency.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please note that some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. In such cases, the customer will - without exception - bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees instead of OranzonWorld.com. Therefore, kindly make sure your shipping address is completely correct.
In the event of reshipment of the same order due to incorrect address, customers will be responsible for charges to re-ship the items.
In the Event of Delays
At times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained in such cases.
If, for any reason, we foresee a delay in shipping because an item may be out of stock or in case of an unusual delay in fulfilling an order, we will notify you in advance.
